Government should really consider using this time to re-evaluate & re-design its economic / socio-economic outlook / policies as the entire business / economic / socio - economic landscapes dramatically changed since the start of Covid19. This calls for a major change in fiscal policy as well. 

Not only should they introduce policies to cushion the harsh effects which the virus has had on the entire economy but they should re-evaluate and analyze their entire budget in order to address many of the socio-economic issues which have been over looked over many years. including the state health care system and education.

They should design & re-evaluate their social welfare / subsidies made available to the public and businesses.

In addition, They should re look the tax rate for both individuals & businesses. This will help reduce the level of poverty and the disparity in the level of income between the rich and poor within the country.

In a nutshell, emphasis should be placed on the total re-modelling and design of fiscal policy as there were many gaps within the economy in relation to the different classes / groups within the country, long before the COVID-19 virus started.
